Refund policy

DIVINE HARMONIE has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order to return it to us (except for canvases and bracelets which are non-returnable). The goods must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, label, etc.), using the documents provided in the package.

DIVINE HARMONIE cannot be held responsible for shipping costs or lost parcels when the order has been sent by another carrier. Follow the steps below to return your order: - Fill out your return form enclosed in your order and put it in your package - Paste your return order on the package - Drop your package at a drop-off point.

You can also return your order to 6 rue Léon Vaudoyer, 75007 Paris. In this case you just need to contact customer service and choose a slot to drop off the package.

We will refund your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt. Upon receipt of the parcel, we check all items before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. The refund will be made directly on the credit card or on the same method used for the original payment in the same currency.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have authorized the refund of your returned item. Please note down the tracking number on the return label of your order so that you can track your return.

If you receive a defective item, contact our customer service by email. You have 7 days upon receipt of the order to notify our service of a defect on an item received.

Here is the procedure to follow for any return request via your customer area:

Click the profile icon in the store navigation or go to the refund policy or a return page and request a return.

  1. Sign in to your account:
  2. In the **Email** field, enter your email address and click**Continue**.
  3. In your e-mail account, open the e-mail sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the e-mail.
  4. Return to the online store and enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order for which you want to request a return.
  6. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click**Request a Return**. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you will receive the refund within 14 days upon receipt of the package.
