Shipping policy

Delivery:

Allow 1 to 3 days for the preparation and dispatch of your order.

Delivery times are approximate and start from the date the order is sent.

Standard delivery within 3 to 6 days or Express delivery within 1 to 3 days in France and Europe.

Delivery within 6 to 10 days internationally.

Free delivery from 200€ purchase.

For international deliveries, you may have to pay customs fees or taxes, the amount of which Divine Harmony cannot control or predict. Therefore you are free to accept or refuse delivery subject to paying these fees. If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for all shipping and return costs and customs, related taxes. Thus Divine Harmony is not responsible for these additional costs.

The initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount of the return.

Pickup:

You have the possibility to receive the items ordered at the address of your choice or to have them delivered to our pick-up point at 6 rue Léon Vaudoyer, 75007 Paris.

If you have chosen the “Pickup” delivery method, we will send you an email to agree on a time slot. In this case, you will have to remove the ordered items at the place of pickup, within a maximum of 30 working days from the receipt of this communication. If you fail to remove the items within the 30 working days previously indicated, the purchase agreement will be considered automatically terminated, and this to all effect. Therefore, you will no longer be able to pickup your items, following the termination of the purchase agreement of the items, you will receive a refund corresponding to the amount you have paid, within 14 days.

When you reach the pick-up point, in order to pick up your order, you will be required to provide the person who will receive you with a copy of the order shipment confirmation email and present your ID. If you choose to have someone else pick up your order, they will be required to present a copy of the order shipment confirmation email, a photocopy of your ID, with a written power of attorney and their own ID.

We remind you that it is not possible to adjust the order at the point of pickup. Therefore, if you choose to have your order delivered at the pick-up point, the cash back option will not be offered to you on site.

If you have chosen the delivery method at pick-up point, there is no delivery charge and pick-up is possible within 2 hours to 1 week maximum depending on the chosen time slot.
